Our standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed. Custom-made items may take a little longer since each one is handcrafted with care.

Currently, we ship within [USA], but we’re working to expand international delivery soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
All payments are 100% secure through our encrypted checkout.

Order

Simply browse our products, click “Add to Cart”, and proceed to Checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after completing your purchase.

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your handmade item enters production and cannot be modified.

We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your order immediately.

Yes! Every tumbler is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Each piece is slightly unique — that’s what makes it special.

To keep your tumbler looking new:

  • Hand wash only (no dishwasher)

  • Avoid soaking the lid for long periods

  • Do not microwave
